The location of the accommodation was great and it was easy to get around and explore the city. The staff was also very friendly and assisted us where necessary. The added bonus was the ability to securely store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
The room was quite cramped and the decor could have been more modern. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked and the shower leaked.

Friendly staff, Bella room, Ostaria Rondo, local food, Teran wine, bike storage.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We stayed at this hotel during a bike tour and had an incredible time! We loved the friendly and accommodating staff who helped us store and lock our bikes in the cellar. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean rooms and convenient location near the old city-center. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious local dinner and wine at the on-site restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in a room near the old city-center and enjoyed the dinner at their restaurant with delicious local food and wine. Our bikes were safely secured in the cellar. the staff was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that’s about the only positive thing we can say.
The room was outdated and smelled of mildew. the bathroom was small and not very clean.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The Bella room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and provided us with a comfortable and relaxing space. We particularly enjoyed the amenities such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and sitting area. The free Wi-Fi also allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the warmth of the room and the availability of an elevator. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was situated near many restaurants and shops. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch that included a variety of options to choose from.
The walls in the room were very thin and I could hear all the noise coming from outside and from the adjacent room. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable and left me feeling stiff in the mornings. Lastly, the receptionist was not very friendly and didn't provide any recommendations or advice on local activities or attractions. I found this to be a bit disappointing and left me feeling as though I was just another guest passing through.
